I'm a software developer specializing in Microsoft Technologies. In my 27 years of experience I have participated in multiple projects in different industries such as Banking, Insurance, Transport, Government, Entertainment and Agriculture. I worked in companies of different sizes, from multinationals with hundreds of employees in different time zones to small startups that fought for their place in the market. In all these experiences, I found in agile methodologies a way to help my teams, and myself, to create solutions that add more value, faster and with less effort for the development team. I try to share my experience and knowledge with other developers, actively participating in user groups such as NetPronto and participating as a speaker in various events.
