We invite academics, practitioners, and industry experts to share their insights, research findings, and best practices on Business Agility. Below, you will find the guidelines, thematic focus, submission instructions, and important dates to help you prepare your paper and participate in this event.

Paper Structure

Title

•Must be concise (maximum of 15 words) and clearly reflect the paper’s topic.

Abstract

•Up to 250 words, describing the paper’s objective, methodology, results, and conclusions.

Keywords

•Select 4 to 6 terms that represent the core topics of your paper.

Authors are encouraged to offer visionary insights that will inspire the audience to think ahead and contribute to shaping the future of Business Agility.

Practical Relevance

Papers should highlight practical implications, tools, and lessons learned that can be applied in real-world business settings. The goal is to connect theory to practice, providing direct value to conference participants.

Originality and Contribution

Submissions must be original, not previously published, and should make a significant contribution to the field of Business Agility.

Style and Formatting

  • Language: Papers may be written in English or Portuguese.
  • Font: Arial or Times New Roman, size 12.
  • Line Spacing: 1.5 lines.
  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
  • Length: Between 3,000 and 6,000 words, including references.

Use of Data and Case Studies

  • Incorporate real data wherever possible, with clearly labeled tables and graphs.
  • Provide sufficient details in case studies to ensure practical value to the reader.

Citations and References

  • Use a standardized citation system (IEEE).

  • All sources must be properly cited and listed in the References section.

Submission

Submit your paper in PDF or Word (.docx) format via the conference’s official submission platform.

Include a cover page with:

  • Name(s) of the author(s)
  • Institutional and professional affiliations
  • Contact email
  • Paper title

Review and Notification

Papers will be reviewed by a technical committee based on:

  1. Clarity and structure.
  2. Relevance and originality.
  3. Practical applicability in Business Agility.
  4. Quality of analysis and argumentation.
  5. Appropriate use of data and references.

Presentation

If accepted, authors will be invited to present their work in one of the following formats:

  • Talk (20 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A)
  • Poster Presentation (ideal for more visual or experimental work)

1. Call for Papers Launch 

   January 25, 2025 

   Official announcement and publication of submission guidelines. 

2. Submission Deadline 

   March 15, 2025 

   Final date to submit completed papers through the online platform. 

3. Peer Review Period 

   March 16 – April 5, 2025 

   The technical committee reviews submissions based on relevance, quality, and thematic alignment. 

4. Notification of Acceptance 

   April 8, 2025 

   Authors will be informed of the review results and may receive instructions for revisions. 

5. Final Paper Submission 

   April 22, 2025 

   Deadline to submit the revised version of the paper, incorporating any required changes. 

6. Presentation Preparation 

   April 23 – May 20, 2025 

   Authors finalize their slides, posters, or other presentation formats. 

7. Conference Program Announcement 

   April 25, 2025 

   Official publication of the conference schedule, including presentation titles and times. 

8. Business Agility Summit 

   May 23, 2025 

   Presentation of selected works and discussions on the future of Business Agility.
