As a Business Transformation and Agile Expert, Andrea Murata brings over 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate change, align strategy with execution, and implement effective governance structures. Her work focuses on fostering adaptability, efficiency, and collaboration across a range of sectors, including technology, agriculture, banking, and the public sector. With a strong belief in modern, human-centered ways of working, she advocates for healthier organizations and more sustainable work environments. Originally from Brazil and raised in São Paulo, she is also a proud pet mom and an enthusiast of oriental cuisine.

Andre Bocater Szeneszi is a partner at Knowledge Group, co-founder of wBrain Agile People and a contributor to Human magazine in Portugal. With an entrepreneurial career and extensive experience as a HeadHunter, he specialises in Agile Culture and organisational development.
He has a degree in Business Administration from PUC-Rio and specialisations in Finance from the Pontifical Catholic University of Buenos Aires, Strategic Management from the University of Belgrano and Strategic Planning & Decision Making from Berkeley. He taught post-graduate courses at the Getulio Vargas Foundation for several years and currently teaches Agile Culture courses at companies and events in Latin America, the United States and Europe.

As the Head of Innovation Management at CTT, Carlos coordinates initiatives that drive the company’s transformation through new ideas, technologies, and strategic partnerships. His responsibilities include managing CTT’s corporate VC investment fund, fostering connections with universities and the startup ecosystem, and overseeing the internal corporate innovation program. He also coordinates the acquisition of public funding for R&D projects and leads innovation initiatives in emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Circular Economy, and Web3, contributing to sustainable and technologically advanced solutions.

David J. Anderson is a pioneer in management thinking and the creator of the Kanban Method, with over 30 years of experience in the high-tech industry, including roles at IBM, Sprint, Motorola, and Microsoft. He has authored seven influential books on Kanban, including KANBAN: Successful Evolutionary Change for Your Technology Business, one of the top-selling Agile books of all time. As the founder of Kanban University and the David J. Anderson School of Management, he leads global training initiatives in enterprise agility, business resilience, and organizational maturity.

Frederico is 41 years old and has developed his career in international consulting firms, coordinating transformation projects for financial institutions in different countries. He joined the Crédito Agrícola Group in 2020 and, since April 2022, has been responsible for coordinating the Transformation Program and for the adoption of agile development methodologies within the organization.

As the person responsible for strategy and digital product at CTT, João works to create customer-centric digital experiences aligned with business objectives. He coordinates the development and evolution of digital channels, driving platform convergence, product innovation, and the continuous improvement of user experience.
